Like its namesake California beach town, the Santa Cruz is the epitome of easy living. The town was discovered in 1769 by a Spanish explorer and the house acknowledges the coastal European influences- most notably in the L-shaped portico that wraps the inviting porch and garage entry. Inside, the character continues, with an octagonal foyer that leads to the open floor plan of the public spaces and a contained, adjacent clubroom.
