Our Story....After graduating from college, Dan Kent learned the ins and outs of the construction industry while working for a large building company. While there were many positive lessons gleaned during those years, it was a single unfortunate experience that most influenced the direction he would take when establishing Kent Homes.

Dan recalls a frustrating experience of a couple who spent many months designing their dream home with another firm only to find that building it would be well beyond their budget. This was a very significant waste of time and money, and understandably, the couple's enthusiasm for building a new home was greatly diminished. It was disappointing and frustrating for everyone involved, and Dan determined it didn't have to be that way.

From its founding in 1989, Kent Homes was structured to provide an overall building experience that would earn rave reviews from clients.
